    Bon accueil

Odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain et nuit très bruyante pas de double vitrage suffisant pour atténuer le bruit dans la rue...

I would stay at Hotel St. Sernin again and again, I love it so much.

Front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Some rooms have an excellent view, and the location is great!

I have no complaints, but folks with limited mobility will need to be aware that the elevator begins on the 1st floor (2nd floor to Americans). One flight of stairs does need to be scaled. Front desk staff will help you carry luggage if you ask.
