    Wie immer alles perfekt Danke

    Es war wiedermal alles perfekt, die Mitarbeiter egal wer, sie sind einfach alle super freundlich. Das Frühstück , Mittag und das Abendessen einfach ein Traum

    Vielleicht die Musik im Ruheraum ( ganz oben), ein bisschen leiser

    Preis Leistung kappt überhaupt nicht

    Das erste Zimmer war so verschmutzt und schlecht instand dass ich es glücklicherweise wechseln konnte Die handgeschriebene Notiz mit dem Prosecco waren nett gemeint aber es steht in keiner Relation zum Aufenthalt

    Der Handtuchhalter hing lose an der Wand, die Minibar ist leer und verströmt einen unangenehmen Geruch, und der Balkon war schmutzig. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist enttäuschend: Der Poolbereich weist alte, verschmutzte Fliesen auf, und das Geländer, das ins Wasser führt, ist rostig. Für diesen Preis ist ein solcher Zustand absolut inakzeptabel. Ich war sehr enttäuscht und hätte bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse deutlich mehr Sauberkeit, Pflege und Qualität erwartet. In meinem Fall 216€ für ein Zimmer mit Frühstück absolut unwürdig

    Ideal für Kombination Therme + Romantik Hotel

    Gute Verbindung zur Therme, freitags länger offen. Tiefgaragenplatz. Frühstück sehr gut.
