NO se cumple con un servicio básico co.o lo es el tener agua caliente y caja de seguridad
No hubo servicio de agua caliente durante te TODA la estancia y en el Checkin no me fue comunicado esto, sino hasta llegar a la habitación con hojas pegadas en los accesos del edificio. No funcionaba la caja de seguridad
Que NO .e hayan comunicado de estas situaciones en el mo.w to del Checkin y me gubieran dado algun apoyo u opcion para atenderme .ejir, el servicio es lo mas valioso.!!!

Hotel ideale per in po' di relax, durante un viaggio in messico che tra escursioni avventurose e musei può stancare molto. All'interno ha una piscina, ma noi abbiamo preferito usufruire della convenzione con il vicino stabilimento balneare, per passare la giornata in una piscina più grande vicino al mare. Per raggiungere la spiaggia è presente un comodo servizio navetta gratuito per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Il balcone privato consente di avere una zona relax prima di andare a letto o anche un luogo per lasciare asciugare costumi e asciugamani dopo una giornata di mare o piscina.
La posizione può non essere del tutto comoda, se si intende spostarsi in diverse zone di puerto escondido, magari per visitare nuove spiagge o raggiungere specifici ristoranti.
