    Solider Aufenthalt mit Wohlfühlfaktor

    Das Zimmer war überraschend geräumig und der Aufenthalt dadurch sehr angenehm. Das Bett war sehr bequem, knarzt aber beim Umdrehen. Da wir spät ankamen und vor dem Frühstück wieder los mußten, hatten wir keinen direkten Kontakt zum Personal an der Rezeption. Allerdings wurde eine Email schnell und sehr nett beantwortet! Ein Kaffeeautomat steht gegen Entgelt auch außerhalb der Frühstckszeit zur Verfügung, was mich in den Tag gerettet hat. Der Korb mit frischen Brötchen vom Bäcker dufteten sehr gut und ich bedauerte unsere frühe Abreise. Aber der Zug wartet nun mal nicht;-) Da wir Jahreskarten vom Europa-Park haben, wird sich sicherlich eine Gelegenheit finden, das Frühstücksangebot mal auszukosten.

    Was man für Gäste optimieren könnte: das Personal war schon früh im Einsatz für die Vorbereitungen zum Frühstück, trotzdem musste Kaffee bezahlt werden. Mein Vorschlag: die Kaffeemaschine für die sogenannten Early Birds freischalten, sobald das Personal vor Ort ist. Auch eine (1!) Brezel oder ähnliches zum Mitnehmen wäre eine nette Geste ,damit man nicht mit knurrendem Magen abreisen muss.
