The only redeeming feature is the location which is close to many industrial zones.
Although the buffet breakfast was included in the booking, there was no buffet breakfast. Only a couple of dishes were available. My colleague could not even get his complimentary breakfast with the sorry explanation that the timing was over although he was present 15 mins before the closing time of 10:00am. They are also unwilling to provide food bill and only passing on hand written notes and asking to pay for the same. Even after insisting on invoice they are unwilling to provide. They also are unable to process invoices on time and after a lot of follow up they provided an invoice in another name and not of the hotel. I had to call 5 times just to get bath towel and pillows.
