    We liked its centrality, cleanliness, and food.

    Modern hotel. Very clean room with a bath. Dinner was varied and plentiful. Breakfast good. Central stop for viewing Sidaphur Haveli's. The step well, Rani KI Vav and Sun Temple at Modhera.

    Impathetic Service

    Only Staff at Restaurant helpfull

    This Hotel is Pathetic asking extra money for Stains & humilating Lady socially in Reception to pay Extra Rs.1200 for stains inspite giving dirty linen so everyone think many times before Check in this Hotel Grand Piano Patan and the behaviour of staff as well Owner is impatient and rude which even not a lodge set up Hotel after asking to change cup giving Broken cups to their guest and they dont care of Such reviews and treat their guest like Servants and the Owner threatened us that we cannot leave the Gotel premises and get locked so request to remove this Hotel listing from Booking platform

    Friendly and helpfull staff, with good English knowledge. Clean rooms and bathroom. In walking distance of a busstop to the sun-temple.
