    De prijs was veel te hoog voor de kwaliteit. De kamer rook mega muf, de meubels waren oud of versleten en op veel plekke

    De uitstraling van het karakteristieke pand aan de buitenkant en de groene ligging.

    Ouderwetse meubels, achterstallig onderhoud en muffe/nare geuren in de kamer.
