    At the front desk, Manjit was incredibly helpful and guided us well throughout our trip. I truly appreciate his assistance. The stay was comfortable.

    I booked this stay through Booking.com expecting decent basic services given the location, but I was thoroughly impressed after checking in. The service quality was outstanding—so much so that I genuinely didn't want to leave Jammu neither the hotel when it was time to check out! Overall services were exceptional.

    For the price, i expect at least a clean bed.

    Staff was very humble and helpfull.

    Cleanliness was an issue. Beds covers and throws were not at all clean and felt like they were not change for over a week.
