    Very nice place though. Beautiful property. Right on the water. The food was very nice. I would stay again.

    The staff was very nice and very helpful.

    We are the type of people that don’t wear shoes inside the rooms cause we don’t like to bring dirt from outside. But the cleaning ladies not only wear shoes, but their shoes stains were all over the bathroom as well as the towel on the floor. I think if you are cleaning and you see that, you shouldn’t leave it like that. Makes the place look and feel dirty. Also the pool was not clean.

    Temazcal excelente y las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, entretenimiento 100

    Que tenia muy mal olor el restaurante por dentro y que el acceso al hotel era complicado, con dificultad vieron de apoyarme para entrar porque no me deban paso, xq estaban arreglando la calle y lis baños de mujeres comunes estaban sucios

    Lugar muy bello y tranquilo

    Entorno muy agradable. La sauna maya incluida en el precio es una experiencia única. El disponer de embarcadero propio fue muy útil para la visita del lago en lancha privada.
