    Nettes Hotel

    Etwas Außerhalb von Krems, aber die Altstadt sowie die Schiffsanlegestelle sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Freundliches Personal. Wir mussten ein Zimmer stornieren, dies wurde ohne Probleme ermöglicht!

    Overall, not worth the price.

    Breakfast was very nice

    Staff was very inflexible and not willing to help and overall I would have expected a lot better service and basic amenities for the price. For example, after a long trip, I needed to iron a dress for a dinner and was told I had to go into a small back office storage closet behind the reception to use the only iron available.
