    Die Lage für das Gebirgstruppentreffen am Untersberg ist günstig. In der Küche ist noch Luft nach o

    Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

    Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte besser sein. Negativ das Abendessen. Die Karte ist ohnehin nicht groß. Auch die Weinauswahl nicht. Wenn dann noch der gewünschte Wein aus ist, fällt das intensiver aus. Besonders habe ich mich über die Rehbratwürstel(chen) geärgert. Wenn zu 100 % Rehfleisch im Brat gewesen wären, wäre die Größe verkraftbar gewesen. Abgesehen vom Geruch und Geschmack, der nur einen Minderbestandteil Rehfleisch ankündigte , sah man Schnitt für Schnitt nur ab und zu kleine dünklere Fleischbestandteile. Das österreichische Lebensmittelgesetz schreibt mindestens 38% vor, die in den von mir genossenen Würstchen sicher nicht enthalten waren. Auch bei den Süßspeisen fehlten typische Salzburger Spezialitäten. Das Bierfleisch am nächsten Tag zu Mittag genossen war besser.
