Location, it was a clean hotel
To be fair, to say it's a 4 stars hotel is overrated. Also, not having heat when you are with an infant is not really cool. When I arrived, room temperature was 19 degres Celsius, I set it to 24 and during the night it increased with 1 degree

Hotel foarte bun, raport calitate/pret excelent.
Hotelul este bine amplasat, foarte curat, personalul profesionist, raport calitate pret foarte bun. In zona este si un loc cu bazine cu ape termale chiar pe malul Cernei linga piata Hercule, foarte bine ingrijit de niste tineri voluntari.
Statiunea este foarte prost administrata, pare ca nu are primar, multe cladiri in paragina, spatiile verzi neingrijite, multa mizerie prin imprejurimi,pacat de incompetenta autoritatilor locale din ultimii 30 de ani.

Foarte bine și liniștit
Mic dejun simplu, dar gustos. Arhitectura clădirii impresionantă. Foarte multă liniște.
Apa caldă la baie vine destul de greu. Nu am vizitat spa ul hotelului pentru că apa era încălzită. Am preferat un bazin cu apă naturală termală pe care l am găsit la Venera, în apropiere.
