We were made to wait 30 minutes after published check in time for the room to be made ready and even then the floors were wet and the sofa had food crumbs. We were not offered any benefit or compensation and the front desk staff seemed not to care.

Not great, lacking amenities for a 3 star hotel felt more like a hostel
