    PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!!

    De aquí solo puedo decir que a priori, me gustó el precio al reservar porque era barato aunque una vez nos atendieron en recepción, solo queríamos dormir en cualquier otro lugar que no fuese ese.

    Para empezar, nada más entrar por la puerta la atención recibida por parte de la recepcionista no es la esperada para unos extranjeros que vamos a pasar una noche. Habiendo reservado por Booking para pagar en persona, fue lo mejor que pudimos hacer.. Nada más entrar, mi cuñada le preguntó si había parking en el hotel o cerca y ya le respondió de manera exaltada y borde, como si tuviese que saber dónde tenía que aparcar por ser colombiana aun no habiendo estado nunca antes en Villavicencio. Posteriormente, me comentó mi cuñada y me bajé yo del coche para ir a preguntarle. Creo que aún me respondió a mi mucho peor siendo extranjero y en este caso español, con lo que salimos de ahí con ganas de dormir en cualquier otro lugar menos en ese sitio. Espero que esta reseña le valga a más gente a no querer alojarse en este hote para que aprendanl y de paso, que le sirva también a la recepcionista a mejorar su paupérrima atención al cliente.

    Excelente hotel para hospedarse limpio y comodo

    Todo excelente, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda, igual que las fotos.

    Lo malo es que el agua de la ducha salía muy fría y que no cuenta con parqueadero privado.
