    Owner Nikki was enormously helpful when our daughter needed to go to the doctor. Referring to a good doctor, arranging transport and giving advice. While there was also a place in the street that overcharges tourists. That's way more than you can expect of any hotel!

    Great stay

    Clean. Great pool. Great food. Lovely staff. Central location. 200 yards from a lovely beach.

    Nothing. We were warned about party night on Friday. It stoped at 1am as promised.

    We chose to upgrade to the nicest room which was great, very comfortable and nice bathroom. The location was great for hikkaduwa and the staff were lovely.

    We were originally in the budget room which was a bit dirty and the door didn’t feel like it locked very well. I would not want to be staying here on the party night.
