    Grundsätzlich nutzbare Unterkunft in guter Lage, aber leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und mit einigen vermeidbaren

    Das Appartement war grundsätzlich gut nutzbar und für drei Personen ausreichend groß. Positiv waren der kostenlose Innenpool und die grundsätzlich vorhandene Ausstattung. Die Lage war für unsere Ausflüge in der Region gut geeignet.

    Die gesamte Anlage ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Flure waren teilweise muffig, in unserem Seitenflur roch es nach Rauch und Cannabis. Die Orientierung in den Gebäuden war durch die schlechte Beschilderung schwierig. Im Appartement störten uns vor allem die quietschenden Lattenroste, fehlende Lampen, die eingeschränkte Verdunklung und wiederholte Probleme mit dem Warmwasser. Das WLAN war abends kaum nutzbar. Auch die fehlende Mülltrennung wirkt nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Bei Sauna und weiteren Einrichtungen fehlten zudem Informationen und Bilder.

    Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und guter Saunabereich. Zimmer waren modern, komfortabel und Sauna.

    Mir war nicht ganz klar, was das Hotel sein möchte. Auf der einen Seite will man die Ruhe suchende Wellness-Urlauber ansprechen, gleichzeitig ist man doch eher ein familien- und kinderfreundliches Hotel mit Spielwiese und Animationsprogramm. Bei aller Kinderliebe - die Konsequenz war, dass es eigentlich fast überall Geschrei war und Kinder im Barbereich Fangen spielten. Ich hätte mir hier ein bisschen mehr Transparenz gewünscht und hätte mich vermutlich eher für ein Hotel entschieden, dass mein Bedürfnis nach Ruhe mehr erfüllt.
