Das Personal war leider schlecht
Die Lage war gut.
Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt leider enttäuschend. Bereits beim Check-in war das Personal wenig freundlich. Unsere Ausweisdokumente sollten über Nacht einbehalten werden. Als wir um eine Kopie baten reagierte der Mitarbeiter genervt und verlangte direkt die Kurtaxe. Das Zimmer machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck; die Einrichtung wirkte zusammengewürfelt, es gab unterschiedliche Glühbirnen, kaputte oder beschädigte Möbel und im Bad war u.a. eine Glasablage kaputt. Der Toilettensitz war bereits bei der ersten Benutzung lose. Besonders unangenehm war ein deutlicher Uringeruch im Badezimmer. Unsere Beschwerde wurde nicht ernst genommen; statt Verständnis zu zeigen reagierte der Hotelier genervt und verließ schließlich das Zimmer. Auch die Handtücher rochen unangenehm und die Betten waren sehr hart. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war ebenfalls unzureichend; es wurde nicht erwähnt, dass das Restaurant nicht zum Hotel gehört. Als wir abends essen wollten, war deshalb kein Tisch mehr frei. Positiv waren die gute Frühstücksauswahl und der an sich schöne Pool. Allerdings war der Frühstücksraum sehr warm, und insgesamt überwogen für uns leider die negativen Eindrücke.
