    Very friendly and welcoming staff. They called us to check on us when we were arriving/ we were traveling from far away and arrived late at night/ that made a very good impression on us. The room was very spacious and clean /except one place in the bathroom shown in the photos./

    There was no heating !? Only this small electric heater, that did little to no job at all... we were with our two-year-old, so that was a very unsafe way of keeping ourselves warm. It wasn't even turned on when we entered the room so it was COLD - they called us 20 min. Before we arrived so they knew at what time we would be there, knew that we were with a child and still it was left like that... We had little roommates /also shown in the photos/ Because it was so late in the evening we decided to sleep and on the next morning we asked to about the situation, the person at the front desk said that there was no AC and NO CENTRAL HEATING, and the best he could do is to give us ANOTHER LITTLE HEATER... We were appalled so we asked to leave, despite paying for two nights... He returned some money back, but still... pretty disappointing experience... Maybe in the warmer days it's better... I have no idea how are they managing during the coldest days in winter... Anyways, we won't be going back there again...
