  Amazing stay with amazing food

  Everything is amazing!! We were travelling with not one but three dogs - no problem. We were upgraded to bigger room which was a pleasant suprise. We had halfboard and we LOVE IT- we don’t eat meat but we always had so much to chose from. Everything you try is just amazing. You can get free bikes, they have parking right at the hotel, hotel is close to the beach. Really amazing value for the money, we will be back for sure

  A detailed review

  The staff did respond to all of our requests and tried to accommodate us, which we appreciate. However, despite their efforts, the overall conditions could not be improved enough to make our stay a good or relaxing week. Unfortunately, the combination of the uncomfortable beds, the noise, the food and the other issues mentioned below made the stay very disappointing. Overall, it was simply not the relaxing holiday we had hoped for. In fact, this was the worst week of our year. Here we go first of all with the positive points of our stay: Food & Breakfast - Granita at breakfast - The pasta dishes were good - Vegan options were available for dinner Room - Air conditioning Service & Staff - Friendly staff, especially Marie - Free bicycles to borrow - Water dispensers with cold, still and sparkling water

  Food & Breakfast - Not much choice at breakfast (very traditional Italian breakfast) - The cheese and plums were moldy - Sometimes there was only one vegan option for dinner, so there was no choice - As a vegan, we got cake as dessert every evening, while non-vegan guests sometimes got creamy desserts - Once there was a vegan creamy dessert, but unfortunately it somehow tasted like cigarettes - The vegan stracciatella mozzarella one evening was really not good. The day before, we had bought one from the supermarket for lunch and it was really good. We don't understand why the hotel doesn't simply buy the good one from Iper. Room - Both beds were very uncomfortable (one was a super-soft slatted base with a sagging mattress, and the other was extremely hard) and only 70 cm wide - The shutters could not be closed completely, so that it was already getting light in the room in the morning - The room was very noisy and poorly soundproofed - The shower is "in" the toilet and is only separated by a shower curtain Service & Staff - The staff generally did not speak English very well - The cleaning staff were extremely loud from around 9 a.m. Beach & Sun Loungers - The sun loungers cost us an additional €25 per day, even though we had booked half board - People smoked on the beach despite the smoking ban, which caused a massive unpleasant smell Noise & Relaxation - Breakfast was only available until 9:30 a.m., so it was difficult to sleep in - Even if you skip breakfast to sleep longer, it doesn't really help because the cleaning staff are extremely loud from around 9 a.m. - Overall, the stay was not relaxing at all
