    Staff was super friendly and verry informative. Indoors pool was large and warm. Hotel building is nice old palace. Great place great price.

    Room was a bit small but I think I booked cheapest one :D

    Un luogo piacevole, ma certamente migliorabile …

    L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e può rappresentare un’alternativa per chi vuole godersi Verona e il territorio limitrofo, fuori dal caos..

    Ho trovato la colazione molto comune, il servizio molto scarso poiché vi erano soltanto un paio di addette al servizio in sale e al bar, con conseguente disagio per chi attende di essere servito. Migliorare l’ospitalità del personale alla reception, piuttosto freddo e in difficoltà nella disponibilità poiché sottodimensionato… Il sistema di riposo un po’ rigido; bastava un topper per aumentare il comfort del riposo.
