    Friendly staff, great location, clean and well kept.

    Great location on the river with a bus stop right outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Found some great bakeries and cafes just a short walk away.

    Room was small, but we were just sleeping there so not a big deal.

    Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

    Empfang, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, alles top. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Der sehr nette Mitarbeiter am Empfang gab uns hilfreiche Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants etc. Mein Mann hatte Frühstück, in dem schönen Kellergewölbe.....alles da was man braucht oder mag. Ich hatte nur Kaffee, musste dafür auch kein Frühstück buchen und zahlen. Ach ja, ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist vorhanden, sehr gut wenn man sich länger aufhält. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am Neckar und in einer Minute mitten im Geschehen. Und Bus und Schiffanlegestelle direkt vor der Tür. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt, sollten wir wieder in Heidelberg sein, dann würden wir auch nochmal dieses Hotel buchen.

    Da gibt es eigentlich nichts, was uns ein bißchen gewundert aber auch nicht gestört hat war, daß während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht einmal jemand zum Saubermachen im Zimmer war....wie gesagt, war für uns nicht wichtig ;)
