Children under the age of 14 can access the pool only from 09:00 until 13:00, and must be accompanied by an adult. The pool's hydromassage feature cannot be used between 13:00 and 17:00. A luggage transfer service from the harbor to the hotel is available on request and at extra costs. If walking from the Piazzetta, you should follow Via Longano and then Via Sopramonte in order to arrive at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Esperienza deludente. Never more!

Hotel a conduzione familiare, ma con ben poca ospitalità. La proprietaria impone regole su tutto, dai posti a colazione ai lettini, creando un clima poco rilassante. Abbiamo persino assistito all’allontanamento di una coppia dalla piscina per essersi scambiata dei baci: una scena spiacevole e imbarazzante. Per raggiungere la struttura bisogna affrontare una salita molto ripida e faticosa, senza alcun servizio di trasporto di supporto offerto dall’hotel. Il giorno del check-out ci sono stati richiesti 45 € a persona per continuare a utilizzare la piscina. Inoltre, per soli cinque minuti di ritardo a colazione, ci sono stati addebitati caffè e cornetti. Più che ospiti paganti, ci siamo sentiti ospiti poco graditi. Un’esperienza decisamente deludente. A volte meglio affidare queste strutture a multinazionali, sanno sicuramente gestirle meglio!
