It’s a hidden gem. The entire staff is so accommodating. Greeted by Antonio and Paolo. Mara up at the bar is amazing.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com uma equipe incrível, que faz você se sentir em casa. Não queria mais ir embora de lá. O hotel fica a poucos passos da Corso Umberto principal rua do centro de Taormina. Perto de diversas lojas e restaurantes. O quarto é confortável, tem uma varanda bem gostosa, uma boa cama, bom chuveiro, amenities da marca Ortigia de excelente qualidade. Com relação ao quarto, a única coisa ruim é que fiquei no quarto número 5 e tem muita circulação de hospedes que fazem barulho o tempo inteiro. O café da manhã é bom, ok, mas nada de extraordinário. Eles também tem um rooftop muito bom, com uma vista linda e ótimos drinks. Eles cobram uma taxa para estacionar o carro, que geralmente fica em outro local e caso você precise do carro é necessário avisar com 30 minutos de antecedência para eles buscarem. A comunicação com eles também é muito boa, a qualquer horário eles te respondem via whatsapp, inclusive com dicas de bares e restaurantes. O ponto alto deste hotel sem dúvida é a equipe. O Maicon e a Mara dois brasileiros super atenciosos e acolhedores que fazem nos sertirmos em casa. E um agradeciamento especial a Martina e a Elena que nos ajudaram a resolver um super problema com o aluguel do nosso carro. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente no Villa Taormina! A very well-located hotel with an incredible team that makes you feel right at home. I didn't want to leave. The hotel is just steps away from Corso Umberto, the main street in the center of Taormina, and close to various shops and restaurants. The room is comfortable, featuring a lovely balcony, a good bed, a good shower, and excellent-quality Ortigia-brand amenities. Regarding the room, the only downside was that I stayed in room number 5; there was a lot of guest traffic, and people were making noise constantly. Breakfast was good decent, but nothing extraordinary. The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Maicon and Mara two Brazilians were incredibly attentive and welcoming.

Wonderful hotel with fabulous staff!
Everything was fantastic - beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, staff who went above and beyond and wonderful breakfast with locally sourced products, all explained to us.

Hotel con encanto en Taormina
El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones están muy bien, el personal es muy atento y el desayuno es excelente. El servicio de parking es también muy recomendable
El precio por noche es elevado dado que Taormina es una plaza muy solicitada
