Spacious, safe neighborhood, good location.
Spacious, clean, great location (5-7 mins to metro, bus stop even closer. Ginza shoping street ~20mins walk), safe neighborhood. Convenience store literally next door - for every morning breakfast or late night snack. Very comfortable wide beds.
In general it is very calm, bus as convenience shop is next door, goods deliveries happen at super early morning and you may get noise at 4:30. You get every step of neighbor from above room.

Very spacious and quiet, excellent service.
The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable. The location was quiet and suited us. There is a Lawsons right next door where we could buy provisions. There is no restaurant, but that suited us. It is reasonably close to Tsukiji Fish Market, Ginza, The Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station.
The Hotel was better than expected for the price, some people might find the location a bit too quiet. As long as you don't mind a bit of a walk to get any where, it is great

Bom, mas recepção só funciona em horário comercial
Localização boa em Tsukiji, bem silenciosa, com uma Lawson literalmente ao lado. Quarto até que espaçoso para o nível do Japão. Banheiro bom também. O staff foi bem atencioso por e-mail o tempo todo.
O fato de só haver gente na recepção de 9h às 18h atrapalha muitas coisas, como receber malas, por exemplo. Acabou dando certo pra gente, mas é uma tensão. O microondas da recepção não funcionou.
