⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vista, Bhowali! The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The food was delicious, and the overall hospitality was excellent. The location is also great for enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Bhowali. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to visiting again! 😊

Extremely Rude Restaurant Manager and Disrespectful Behaviour
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel’s restaurant because of the manager’s extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. He treated us as if we were beggars rather than paying guests. He told us to go to the reception and make the payment first before having the buffet, in a very disrespectful manner. What made the experience even worse was that he repeatedly came over and stared at us while we were eating, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. His behaviour was insulting and completely unacceptable for a hotel that is supposed to value its guests. A hotel’s hospitality is not just about its food or facilities; it is also about how guests are treated. The management seriously needs to look into this issue and train its staff to treat every guest with dignity and respect. I would not recommend this hotel buffet service unless there is a significant improvement in the manager’s behaviour.

Food is very costly I know is mountain, but still very costly

Washroom not proper cleaning and washrooms always moisturizing so provide slippers because some tourist not bring the sleepers
