In the event that the guest leaves before the departure date on the reservation, the hotel will charge the total amount of the departure day and 40% of the remaining total. For packages, the hotel will charge the total of the stay. Please note that a credit card fee of 50% of the total amount of the reservation or of the first night will be charged (depending on the date of booking).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
