RUN
The location
The bathroom door does not close the toilet seat is broken We would set the ac to 21 but would go up to 26 degrees celcius because they leave the curtain open after house keeping we realize this after coming back They forgot to leave us towels, we realized this after taking a shower so stayed in the bathroom till they got us one after calling 3 times asking for them There was one elevator and it broke down the second day up to check out day 4 days later ,, and we were on the 4th floor ,, One day we chose not to clean the room so we put the do not disturb sign and left for lunch when we came back it seemed they did enter and the room was cleaned , yet all our belongings were on the bed walking down the stairs the elevator cables looked damaged and ripped which was so scary!

The elevator was not working and our room in the fifth floor + the water pump presure sound in our room was horible it works every 15 min it wakes me up if im sleep like heart attac,, also we ask for cooking class they book us one expensive and no one in the class and not that much as a class for the price

הצוות מדהים (במיוחד סימונה), החדר נקי, גדול ומרווח עם מזגן שעובד מצויין וזרם חזק במקלחת, הכל היה מודרני ומעוצב בנוחות, עמדת הקפה והקוראסונים פשוט מצוינת!! סוגר פינה ברמות. המיקום של המלון נדיר והכל ברדיוס של גג רבע שעה הליכה, רק הקולוסיאום נמצא מעט יותר רחוק אבל עדיין מרחק הליכה (25 דקות בערך), ממש על ויה דל קורסו שזה הרחוב המרכזי של הקניות וקרוב להמון מסעדות נהדרות וסמטאות שפשוט כיף לטייל בהן. פשוט מלון מצוין, נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה שלנו ועוד במחיר סבבה לגמרי יחסית למיקום המרכזי ולשירותים שהמלון מציע. גם ידידותי לישראלים שזה בונוס. בהחלט נחזור שוב.
המעלית נראתה מאוד קטנה והיא גם לא עבדה בזמן השהות שלנו, אבל היינו בקומה הראשונה אז לא היה קריטי במיוחד החדר קצת חשוך

הצוות היה אדיב והמלון היה נקי. יש גם מכונת קפה, מים וקרואסונים חינם בלובי.
הכל היה בסדר גמור.
