Everything as expected
Nice appartment with space and kitchen. The washing machine was very usefull.
Maybe some more translations in English for the utilities, especially the washing machine and the air filter. Little negative points regarding cleanness of the appartment.

Big rooms, but bad soundproofing, few amenities, excessive rules made this hotel disappointing for the price.

Check-in was tedious, the elevator smelled, and the AC randomly dripped water like raindrops in the middle of the night. Wi-Fi was unreliable, the water heater shut off without warning or English instructions. Sound insulation was bad. Despite minimal street noise, we could clearly hear neighbors upstairs jumping and making loud noises. No dryer, inconvenient subway access (for Airport line which is by far the most useful), and excessive, nitpicky rules around garbage sorting and room policies that rival an Airbnb.

다른 후기처럼 위치만 빼면 완벽합니다. 이 넓이에 이 정도 가격 + 세탁기 + 주방까지 딸려 있어서 숙소값 비싼 후쿠오카에서 만족하면서 지내고 갔어요. 침대도 만족스럽고 편의점 턴 후 앉아서 먹을 수 있는 의자도 있어서 좋았습니당ㅎㅎ 온라인 사전 체크인?을 미리 하고 가면 빠르게 입실할 수 있어요~
나카스 메인 거리로부터 걸어서 10분~15분 거리에요. 나카스만 왔다가면 또 모를까 다른 곳도 갈거면 확실히 발에 오는 피로가 있긴 합니당ㅠㅠ 그리고 처음에 들어왔을 때 욕실에서 약간 하수구냄새가 나긴했는데 이건 사용만 하면 금방 없어져요. 룸이 약간 건조하니까 참고해주세욥.
