Posizione eccellente a Vienna!
Posizione ottima per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici, ottimo anche angolo caffè e tisaneria gratuito Consiglio totalmente per chi vuole muoversi molto rapidamente al centro, con il solo ausilio dei mezzi (era collegata davvero a qualsiasi attrazione!). Camere confortevoli
Molto insoddisfatta del servizio e l’attenzione al cliente: ero in viaggio per un occasione speciale, il viaggio e di conseguenza l’hotel si trattava di un regalo. Avevo richiesto se fosse possibile inserire un bigliettino in camera con una frase di auguri, e prezzi di eventuali bottiglie di spumante o vino se presenti. Avevamo accordato sia per il bigliettino che per la bottiglia, in chat booking, in cui si sono mostrati estremamente gentili e accomodanti. Peccato che al mio arrivo nessuna delle due cose fosse stata organizzata, rimanendoci veramente male poiché ero convinta di aver richiesto una sorpresa che avrebbe reso molto contenta l’altra persona in viaggio con me. Ho scritto subito dopo il check in allo staff, ma non ho MAI ricevuto più risposta su quale fosse stato eventualmente l’impedimento. Lavorando nel settore, so bene che queste cose possono succedere, ma siamo stati lì due notti ed è stato molto spiacevole non ottenere mai risposta e non aver mai rimediato all’inconveniente. Apprezzo molto tutti i lavoratori, ma non direi che il servizio al cliente si possa definire buono. Potevano tranquillamente rifiutare la mia richiesta, non avrei battuto ciglio, ma questo comportamento irrispettoso mi ha fatta molto dispiacere.

Tolle Lage, großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal - kommen gerne wieder
Es gab glutenfreies Frühstück, wir hatten die Familiensuite, sehr groß - die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt in 2 Min. zum Westbahnhof bzw. U-Bahn/Straßenbahn und ist schnell in der Mariahilferstraße.
Check-In war leider nicht vor 14.30/15.00 Uhr möglich - war jedoch nicht wirklich ein Problem, da man Koffer abstellen konnte. 2 Polster pro Person wären gut. Aufzug ist sehr klein - mit Kinderwagen und Koffer echt schwierig reinzukommen.

Das Frühstück war gut, es war alles zu finden, was zu einem guten Frühstück gehört. Die Lage direkt am Westbahnhof ist super, von dort aus hat man einen super Startpunkt um überall hin zu kommen.
Mir persönlich hat einfach der Charme gefehlt - es ist ein älteres Haus, das man zum Teil modernisiert hat, aber nicht stimmig.
