Location perfect.
The 24 hr desk is great. The ladies on reception are very helpful, with good information. Free coffees in reception was a nice touch. Location perfect in the City - short walk to main train station. 5 min walk from old town. Next to key tram intersection where 1 tram takes you most places. Can walk to Jewish quarter (15 mins). Single room on top floor. Quiet at the back.
Hotel was hot, even though outside was fairly cold. Air con not great. Wouldn't stay in mid-summer. This time was able to crack window to let natural cold air in. But small factor in overall good stay.

Just perfect for solo traveller. Great location, metres from tour pick up, few minutes walk from old town. Staff friendly.
Breakfast was adequate.
