Boa com a ressalva acima.
Instalações, atendimento dos funcionários com simpatia e educação.
Falta de logística na frente do hotel para acolhimento ao hóspede, tanto na chegada quanto na saída. Quando cheguei do aeroporto, sozinha, não tinha um funcionário à vista para me ajudar, tive que subir a escada sozinha com a mala. Fiquei 3 dias no compromisso, quando chegava a noite com chuva forte, não tinha um funcionário para recepcionar com um guarda-chuva. Hoje as 6 h da manhã, fiz o check-out e estava uma chuva forte, nenhum funcionário se prontificou a me ajudar com um guarda-chuva e levando minha mala para descer as escadas. Pelo preço cobrado, com certeza é suficiente para ter essa logística. Ou ter a rampa para carro subir até a porta do hotel levando o hóspede.
