Best oké, maar niets bijzonders (in die prijs-/sterren-categorie)
De locatie is quite nice, en de tuin ook écht mooi. Ontbijt was prima (i.d.z.v. gepast voor een hotel van deze categorie, maar niets bijzonders), en het eten in "The Chimney" (een restaurant binnen het hotel-complex) heel lekker.
De service-gedachte wordt bij het personeel aan de receptie, in het ontbijtrestaurant en in de Drawing room niet al te groot geschreven :-(. [Voorbeelden: Ik had expliciet voorafgaand én tijdens het inchecken naar een rustige kamer met uitzicht op de tuin gevraagd; dat werd ook bevestigd - en ik kreeg een kamer aan de andere kant, met blik op de parkeerplek :-(. "Thank you"... (Kon dan nog ruilen, maar dan nog ;-(.) In de Drawing room wordt binnen gerookt :-( (en niet te weinig); en als je alleen zit kan het zo maar gebeuren dat je de waiter weliswaar een menu brengt, maar daarna nooit meer komt opdagen om de bestelling op te nemen :-( - en als je na een kwartier of langer navraagt/ naar de bar gaat en zelf besteld is het antwoord: "I was busy." Of course... ;-( Dus daar is écht nog lucht naar boven v.w.b. de service-kwaliteit ;-(.]

Provides everything you need to a good standard.
Great location. Nice and quiet but walking distance from main sights. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant food is delicious. Even airport transfers went smoothly. You’re given plenty of free drinking water.
Only small niggles because I paid for a “premium” room: Service can be a bit slow. Breakfast choice is a little limited if you’re looking for healthy options. No minibar - although there are some sweet snacks in the room.
