Nothing really to complain.
Perfect location, nice rather big family hotel (41 rooms), right across the ferry and the "city centre". My room had a small terras on the backside... the weather didn't allow it... but it must be very nice in summer.
The waitresses and the receptionists are doing their job, but -- maybe it just me -- it did not feel like 'service with a smile': I've felt more welcome at other restaurants on the island. The hotelroom was a bit noisy as you hear everything on the floor above you. And -- despite the door being 5 cm thick -- you can hear every word spoken at the reception. But nothing to complain really: it is quiet after 23:00, nice comfy beds, nice bathroom, good breakfast, reasonable prices (for an island).
