    Bad experience. Paid to go to bed soaked and hungry hungryand hungry with no apology

    Clean and comfortable rooms

    I am ederly and handicap. I chose hotels with reception desks and restaurants. At the time of booking there was no mention hotel and restaurant would be closed I had booked 2 days before. The day of check in I recieved a response to a question, on it was a note that the restaurant is closed on Tues. I was already in route with no internet. I arrived shortly before 7 pm to a dark hotel. No lights or doorways, in the rain. For over 30 min I was outside trying to get the keysafe to open with the code sent me After pounding on windows someone opened the door and only spoke German He finally opened the keysafe and handed me the key. No instructions in the entire hotel in English I was awakened the next morning early and told I had no reservation. I went to the front desk showed the confirmation and was still given a hard time. After 10 minutes finally pushed the print on her her printer and saw the reservation. It seems the hotel is also closed on Tuesday. Had i known any of this I would have cancelled. Information such as facility closures should be told at the time of booking
