  Inmejorable para conocer el centro a pie.

  Está perfecto y muy bien situado. No necesitamos coger ningún transporte durante nuestra estancia porque está todo muy cerca

  La entrada y la escalera son horrorosas porque está situado en un edificio soviético, como la mayoría en Ereván, y el apartamento está nuevo pero el edificio no. Si vas en coche, el aparcamiento durante en día es imposible, aparca en alguno de los pocos parkings de pago que hay cerca y a eso de las 21 h lo podrás aparcar en la puerta.

  Расположение в самом центре. Есть все необходимое для проживания: кухонные принадлежности, тостер, капсульная кофеварка, соль, растворимый кофе. Дают даже тюбики шампуня и геля для душа как в отелях.

  Terrible, disappointing, highly overrated

  Location was convenient close to the main street. Mostly a plus was that they do not allow pets and are strict about it which is critical for people with allergies and health/hygiene requirements. They also have heating installed which is very good when you happen to travel in colder months/rain/cold front. Was a bit of a struggle but helped a lot especially after full days of rain and cold in the beautiful mountains. Professional host communication was timely anr supportive but very strange arrangements with hot water and guides on the topic not sufficient, check-in details were very good and detailed. Beautiful country and people.

  Was very poorly cleaned and maintained especially considering they charge additional cost for cleaning and we had to clean like 80% of the dirt built for months and years that seemed like never touched. It is supposed to be recently fully renovated like 2 years ago but so worn out as if it was done and neglected for 10 years. Bathroom especially was utterly disgusting, really dirty, including mould and layers of dust on the washing machine and heater. AC in the bedroom smells like mould too so can't be used. Even sheets smelled so strong, furniture looked new and good but bed was very bumpy and squeaky. Living room was better even though covered in dust. Very old smelly building and elevator, bad smell in the kitchen cabinets and bathroom too - probably from the pipes. Managed by a company so probably owners are not even aware, and external cleaning service not inspected or checked otherwise we can't imagine how this could happen. Misleading info in Booking.com - old building not mentioned etc.

  Cozy and comfortable stay just like home away from home

  Cozy apartment with Netflix for the kids to enjoy during evenings and bathroom with bidet

  At times in the morning (when people living in the building started to prepare for the day), the water supply is minimal especially that the apartment is in the 11th floor and water pressure might be reduced.
