Very good apartment
The apartment was very clean & tidy & it furniture looked new.. My kid loved the piano & I loved the kitchenette.. exactly what we needed in the last few days in Yerevan yet the power went off last day which made my kids feel afraid.. Also the AC in the bedroom had a very loud sound which was kind of noisy...plus it was not possible to communicate with the host on a local number. Number given was international..

Мы были наслышаны, что едем в гости к очень радушному и гостеприимному народу, и увидели это воочию! Вы наверняка помните призыв апостола Петра к христианам: «Будьте гостеприимны друг к другу» (1 Пет. 4:9). Словом «гостеприимство» переводится греческое слово, которое буквально означает «любовь (или доброта) к незнакомцам». И эту любовь мы прочувствовали сразу же в мельчайших деталях: комфортное расположение дома, отличная звукоизоляция, свежесть и чистота в квартире.
В этом же стихе также есть продолжение: «Будьте гостеприимны друг к другу и при этом не жалуйтесь». Не жалобы ради, а чтобы помочь вам поддерживать качество услуг, хотим отметить, что в одной из комнат кондиционер на второй день начал жить своей жизнью 😂 Периодически гудел в выключенном состоянии и мешал спать.

the apartment is really nice and comfortable with all necessary stuff,cleaness is awesome ....and the host are so caring \
having hygienic douche would be nice . the location is a little off .
