    Bad customer service

They didn’t give me the rooms I booked. I was told to ring them before I came but I came from abroad and so this was not possible. I let them know that through message however when I got there they argued about this for 40 minutes rather than offer any solutions. Not a nice thing to deal with after travelling for hours.
