Very good
Location was perfect for us, we wanted access to both pilot bay and the main beach front and within walking distance to town. This was perfect for this.
Where the location is it can become a little noisy but this is nothing the hosts can change, neither is that the parking spaces are a little tight for modern vehicles, however, it worked well for us.

Location, layout and cleanliness of apartment.
Received communications from both booking.com and Beyonder. It became a bit confusing as I received from booking.com an email with PIN #, which I thought was for access into the apartment. Then on morning I travelled (not looking at my emails) Beyonder sent an email containing passcode to lockbox. When I arrived, I was trying the PIN # on the keypad, which didn't work. Had to phone Beyonder to get instructions. I had requested an early email from Beyonder with access details, however, they sent it the morning of checkin, which was the day I travelled. The other issue was the narrowness of the carpark for the apartment. We barely got the Outlander in, very tight. Perhaps customers should be advised how narrow that particular park space is, and we would have taken a smaller vehicle.

It was perfect and we loved being able to nip across to the hot pool for a swim!
the apartment is in an excellent location. It is fully equipped even down to washing powders and cooking oil!
By virtue of it's location there was some street noise as we stayed on a Saturday night, but nothing terrible. We also had some minor issues with the blinds in the master bedroom letting a beam of light in which fell across our faces while in bed.

The beautiful indoor outdoor flow to great open views. Sunny n breezy.
The balcony wasn’t very clean and would’ve been nicer with a decent table n chairs to dine outside.
