Мы провели здесь две ночи и были очень рады оказаться именно тут. Хозяйка очень милая и внимательная, разрешила нам оставить вещи сразу после уезда предыдущих хозяев. Объяснила где находится остановка и магазины, как добираться до Венеции. В квартире было всё необходимое для проживания и даже чуть чуть больше, что заметно облегчило нам пребывание. Мы смогли расслабиться и отдохнуть, было чисто и расположение буквально в 5 минутах от остановки, так же хороший тихий район. Если я ещё раз приеду сюда, то остановлюсь именно здесь. Спасибо!

Very convenient and spacious
Its a beautiful house in a very nice neighbourhood mostly locals, so spacious and bright. Most importantly its just 5mins walk to T1 tram which takes you to P.Roma. Actually Francesca suggested us to take it because with a vehicle its way too expensive for parking. I must say Francesca is very organised person she showed us how to use every little thing, which is helpful. And that place has everything you need. There is a Bar right next to tram stop if you are a person who enjoys typical Italian breakfast that place is really good. Parking was very easy we came to Venice after very long road trip so our vehicle was continuously running but here we parked it in a car park right in front of the house and didn’t move it for 2 days and no one complained or asked us to move it.
Some can find it hard to climb 3 floors cz there’s no lift. But its very common in italy. And we definitely didn’t mind it.
