    Very good

    The address given was wrong and hence the property was difficult to find. We were not met despite arranging a time. The google pin was to the wrong property. There were no light bulbs in the bedroom. This was not fixed whilst we were there. The contact did not speak English and communication was difficult.

    Do not pay the deposit to the agent via bank transfer even if they insist that you do so.

    GOOD LOCATION

    The property agent insisted that we pay the deposit by bank transfer before we arrived into their personal account and despite repeated efforts to contact the agent since our stay, they have not returned the deposit and are not even acknowledging our correspondence. We therefore now having to try to recover the 150 euros deposit through Booking.com

    We will be back

    The house was cozy, very well located (close to the sky resort) and although was a small house, we felt each of us (a family of 6) had their own space. We will be back, that’s for sure.

    First, Although I saw already in a review that you are charged for linen and towels, still feels odd, was the first time we needed to pay for such thing (something you may expect on a hostel, not when renting a holiday house) Another thing was that there were NO kitchen amenities at all, no dish soap, no paper towel, the same for the bathrooms, we were told these things are not provided, which seems odd. There is a supermarket not far away, where you can buy these things, but still feels like a rental house should include these things.

    Superb

    The place is good, walking distance from the ski lifts, and downtown. Facilties are good. Kitchen a bit small for the place but nothing to frown about.

    We had an issue with the hearing that broke down early evening and the response from the landowner/agent was quick, but the solution took to the next morning, that put a "chill" in our weekend.
