    We were very disappointed with our stay. We had to chase the host for the lock box details, as they still hadn’t been sent 20 minutes before check-in, which wasn’t a great start. On arrival, the bins outside were overflowing, and when we entered the property it smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. The house was not clean at all and had clearly not been properly prepared for our arrival. While the bedding appeared to have been changed and the floors vacuumed, there was an empty bottle of gin left in the freezer from previous guests, the glasses looked dirty, the sofa was dirty, the kitchen door was hanging off, and the plug sockets in the living room weren’t working at all. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and unfortunately we would not stay here again or recommend the property.

    Nothing.

    This place was falling apart with black mould, glass in the garden, cupboard and doors hanging off, incredibly uncomfortable beds. We got a full refund, that was the only good part.
