Worked out great meet our needs. Very clean and close to everything we needed.

Likes using coded key pad to get in. I appreciated the Kerig Coffee maker. Very clean. Loves the covered car port, as it was raining during our visits.

TV in master wast hooked up. Had to tittle with it to get going.
