Очень хорошая хозяйка, при встрече дала много полезной информации о квартире и о острове Мадейра. Размер апартаментов. Наличие парковки.
Расположено довольно далеко от центра Фуншала, на горе. Такси(BOLT, UBER) из центра вечером вызвать не просто, не хотят ехать в эту сторону. В округе кроме одного магазинчика и кафе ничего не работает. Автобус есть, но ходит довольно редко днем и еще реже вечером. так что без машины не рекомендую. В самой квартире в целом все не плохо. Мне не понравились подушки, очень жесткие, но это мое мнение. Было довольно жарко, а кондиционер отсутствует. Еще одна странность это выход на террасу через туалет!!!

Séjour de 2 semaines chez Joel&Sonia
Maison bien équipé et trés propre. La terrasse est assez grande et agréable avec vue sur l'océan pour un couple avec un enfant. Équipement pour bébé disponible sans supplément ( chaise haute, siège auto, poussette, lit parapluie ). Joel et Sonia sont très à l'écoute et sont vraiment attachant. Joel a pris le temps de nous faire visiter Funchal une fois qu'il nous a récupérer à l'aéroport et nous a montrer les points d'intérêts de la ville. Sonia nous a indiquer les bonnes adresses sur une carte de l'île. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour de 2 semaines. Nous recommandons pleinement !
Juste voir peut être le réglage du chauffe eau car l'eau chauffe par intermittence.

A welcoming stay in Madeira with a wonderful host and unbeatable value
I loved absolutely everything - an immaculately clean and spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, private secure parking for a rental car, and a super friendly host, Sonia, who was always around whenever I needed anything and who shared local tips about Madeira right from the moment we arrived. Her English was excellent too! Communication was amazing, and it was also great value for money - much better than staying at a hotel! 10 out of 10! Thank you for making it such a beautiful and cosy stay!

Great place with outstanding views. Apartment had everything we needed and was super clean. Overall great experience and thanks to host for hospitality
We didn't realise how hilly madeira is and you need to be super fit if you decided to walk to the center. Good news, bus stop is a 1 min away from apartment
