    Great place with a lot of space

    Great location. Lots of space. Easy to park car outside the property.

    Toilet seat is broken. There is the rooster living somewhere in the neighborhood houses and he is starting his day at 5am every day which can be disturbing for someone.

    Bonita por fuera pero por dentro no tanto

    Hay varias cosas a mejorar en esta casa. Principalmente que el barrio en si está infestado de cucarachas, y la casa es un coladero. Si no tienes todo cerrado entran por todas partes. Incluso la última noche, estando todo cerrado vimos como entraban por un hueco de la cocina. Los armarios de la cocina hacen un olor bastante repulsivo, y faltan muchos utiensilios básicos de cocina, no digo un wok, pero si cosas básicas.

    Casa espaiosa, còmode per a una família.

    Molt espaiós. Ben equipat. Supermercat molt aprop. Carrer tranquil.

    Necessites d’un vehicle per arribar al centre de Ponta Delgada. Caldria renovar algun mobiliari antic de la cuina.
