For check in the apartment was difficult to find & more check in information prior would have been super helpful. Also the shower head is very old & needs replacing, otherwise it sprays water everywhere & the pressure is too painful to have directly on your skin.

Great Location, Beautiful heritage building
The area itself is perfect so close to walking everywhere and this was a huge plus as it was 40 and hot. We found it a bit expensive but then it is location so really this is to be expected. Overall we were not in the space much as out busy in the heat sweating it out. Some wonderful restaurants just around the corner and also great spot for a quick expresso in the morning. Accommdation had a washing machine, a little kitchenette and air conditioning. There is a lift which we used and the decoration inside the apartment was beautiful. Some beautiful pieces of artwork which I enjoyed looking at and the building itself was study with so much heritage. Note taxi won't drop you at the door but in the Piazza but it is only a short 2 minute walk.
Communication before arrival was lacking as I didn’t receive replies to messages sent via Booking.com. The night before check-in, I had to contact Booking.com support to get assistance with access details. While everything did work out fine in the end, clearer communication beforehand would have helped reduce some anxiety as an anxious traveller who likes to confirm details in advance.
