    Esperando una indemnización de booking

    No pudimos entrar

    La anfitriona me envió un mensaje el día de antes diciéndome que no podíamos utilizar el alojamiento porque no tenía agua ni luz, donde además me exigía que era yo el que tenía que cancelar la reserva. Obviamente yo no iba a cancelar la reserva porque de ese modo tenía las de perder,y como ella no canceló y la reserva continuaba activa,nos presentamos el día de la reserva. Al llegar allí la propietario no nos quiso dar explicaciones ni justificó que no había luz ni agua,y es más,ni se molestó en encontrarnos una alternativa de alojamiento.
