    Je n’y retournerai pas

    * L’emplacement du logement, pratique pour visiter Amsterdam.

    * À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas prête ni correctement nettoyée. * Il manquait des serviettes de toilette et le distributeur de savon dans la douche était vide. * Face à ces désagréments, la seule proposition de l’hôte a été un départ tardif d’une heure et demie, sans possibilité de laisser nos bagages sur place. * Nous avons donc dû payer un casier supplémentaire pour entreposer nos bagages, ce qui a engendré des frais supplémentaires. * Nous avons demandé une réduction du prix de la chambre, estimant qu’elle aurait été plus appropriée au vu des problèmes rencontrés. Malheureusement, aucun geste commercial satisfaisant ne nous a été accordé. Au-delà des problèmes rencontrés, nous regrettons surtout le manque de considération envers les clients et l’absence d’une solution adaptée. Une expérience décevante, qui ne nous incite pas à recommander cet hébergement.

    Beautiful location and view, but lacked attention to detail. Not worth the price.

    Great location. It was a really good central location. I had easy access to the shops and it was only a 20 minute walk to the station and the Zoo. The view was beautiful- I saw a sunset and it was beautiful at night too. The sauna was gorgeous- I really enjoyd this as an addition.

    I arrive at my check-in time and they were still cleaning the room. I had to wait 5 minutes. I had contacted the property to see if I could come sooner, but I had no reply. There was a takeaway left in the fridge (Called back the cleaners to remove) and coffee down the front opening of the fridge which I cleaned myself. The floor had been rush cleaned- it should have been mopped- under the bed was covered in dust. I stood on a small piece of glass, which cut my foot. It didn't do any more damage luckily but it hurt and was unexpected. The shower gel was empty and the hand washes were low- they could have been refilled. Only one bulb at the bedside was working. The other didn't exist. The toilet seat was sliding off. I couldn't connect my firestick as there was no plug near the TV. I didn't have a WIFI code that I knew of so couldn't use that. I didn't message any questions as I was only there 2 nights and my first question was ignored.
