Very clean and easy to access. Handy walk way to the shops within 5 minutes. Good Comms from the company and a lift , which I really appreciate as I don't travel light

Won’t use again
The lounge is not as shown, there is only one of those sofas, the other is MIA. There were 4 of us staying for 2 nights and two people had to sit on hard and uncomfortable chairs all evening. Their customer service said the image is just a guide, and not guaranteed to be as shown. To me, a 'guide' would be a change in colour scheme, or maybe the type of sofa, not 50% of the sofa area removed. The bath was also SO SHALLOW, it wasn't possible to get the water deep enough to lie down to wash your hair, you had to use the shower.
