    Clean house and responsive host.

Unusable outdoors space due to unkept front and backyard . Lack of nightstands in all bedrooms.

    Very relaxing and enjoyable.

The location was fantastic. It was in a safe neighbourhood and was quiet. The house was very spacious.

The air conditioning was not very effective at cooling the master bedroom (it was effective at cooling the main floor where the kitchen and living room were located though). It didn’t seem like cool air was coming up through the vents to the master bedroom. You may want to have someone look at it. Alternatively, you might place some fans upstairs?
