    Great location right on the beach and a tuk tuk ride to the main attractions. Ananth was so welcoming and helpful, picking us up from the bus stop and organising a home cooked breakfast. Huge, clean room with great facilities.

    Sehr freundlich, super sauber - was in Indien selten ist. Tolle Klimatisierung. Bequeme Betten. Und es war kein Problem, jede Mahlzeit im Hotel zu bestellen. Da es dort kein gängiges Restaurant gibt, musste man das halt ein paar Stunden vorher anmelden, was man essen wollte und dann wurde das frisch auf dem Markt gekauft und zubereitet. Es gibt aber auch Restaurants in der Nähe, wo man essen gehen kann - dort aber zu den fünffachen Preisen und bei schlechtere Qualität. Ein kleines, privates Haus direkt am Strand mit nur vier Räumen und alles sehr neu. Wir fanden es klasse.

    Die Umgebung ist leider recht vermüllt, da die Einheimischen immer allen Müll am Strand und überall liegen lassen. Das ist aber bei allen kleineren Hotels so - im nächstgelegenen Ort war das noch sehr viel schlimmer. Dafür hatte man den Strand in die eine Richtung komplett für sich, weil dort niemand mehr war. Dort war dann auch kein Müll mehr. Das war sehr schön. Die einzige Möglichkeit, diesem allgegenwärtigen Müll zu entgehen, wäre in ein größeres Ressort zu gehen. Dort wird der Strand dann immer gereinigt, aber die Preise liegen eben auch 4-5 mal so hoch und die Instandhaltung ist oft schlecht, sobald eine Anlage älter als fünf Jahre ist.
